Child & Family Partnership Program (CFPP)

Program Participants: Children ages 7-9 experiencing challenges such as: disruptive or aggressive behaviors, attention and hyperactivity issues, trauma, autism, attachment problems, and/or moderate to severe difficulty succeeding in the school setting due to emotional or behavioral issues.
The Child & Family Partnership Program provides:
- A strengths-based, behaviorally-focused group counseling service for children offered on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 1:00 PM – 3:30 PM at Elizabeth Place.
- A parent/caregiver group designed to provide support, suggestions, and encouragement with parenting strategies offered on Mondays 2:00 PM -3:30 PM at Elizabeth Place while the child is attending group. Parent/Caregiver attendance and participation is REQUIRED.
Children enrolled in the Child & Family Partnership Program are eligible for additional SBHI services:
- Individual/Family Counseling
- Case Management
- Psychiatric Assessment & Medication Management (for children aged 5 and over)
